Interrupted Swiping Technology is an algorithm that we've developed to decode interrupted swipes. By interrupted we understand that the user does not complete the swipe as expected and interrupts the movement of the card somewhere in the middle of the swipe.

When a swipe fails to complete successfully, all other magstripe card readers just drop the read data because they are unable to decode it and it is not easy to decode the corrupted data from an interrupted swipe. However we are analysing it using our latest technology and, in approx 95% of the cases, we correctly decode the data that the magnetic stripe card readers read so far. In the other 5% of the cases, it happens that there just isn't sufficient data to decode it correctly and we present to the user 2 variants in which just one is correct; The user can choose for himself which one he prefers.

Let say that the card contains the following information
%1234567890123456^www.MyCardReader.com^020410100000016201000000854000?
And the swipe is interrupted where the user name is and then the swipe is resumed.

The magnetic card reader will show two swipes:
Swipe1:

%1234567890123456^www.MyCar.......................................................................................

Swipe2: DateTime, Direction,  ..........................................................dReader.com^020410100000016201000000854000?

Please note that the missing characters can exist or not. This is a limitation of the magnetic stripe technology, not ours; there is nothing that we can do to recover the missing characters. However, if the card is swiped, even interrupted, more than once there is a huge probability that you'll get the missing characters in the other swipe.
